The Wholistic Leadership one-year Whole + intentional Leader Development Masterclass is designed specifically to meet the needs of men and women religious being prepared for missioning or leadership assignments. We are intentionally preparing a generation of leaders of character and competence. Certified Wholistic Leader: A signal to the world that says, “I have found the leader inside me and know how to build a team, lead, manage, hold people accountable, and elevate organizational performance by translating vision into reality.”
Team Development
If you are a New Leadership Team, the Wholistic Leadership 3-day Clarity Retreat will help you Become a Healthy, Functional, Cohesive Team. + We provide a variety of services for teams throughout the life cycle of teams, from initial development, to ongoing growth and deepening, to closure and transition. Throughout the life of a team both the “tasks” of their work and the “relationships” of the members matter. Below is an outline of some of the services we offer pertaining to the life cycle of a team along with a narrative description which follows.
Strategy Development
Using a Wholistic Leadership Enablement process, we help leadership teams solve root problems, lead more effectively, and gain Traction in their organizations through a simple, proven operating system. Our expertise is in partnering with leaders to help establish a plan for the future (strategic plan) and the discipline to effectively move towards their goals. In addition, we provide accountability and ongoing coaching as the leadership team puts the plan into action (we help you follow through) as you engage others to deliver desired results.
Align Vision, Strategy, Team and Action
Wholistic Leadership helps establish viable, results-driven, social enterprises. This is more than just strategic planning; it is enabling results-based management that is designed to develop leaders as it develops organizations. It is a progressive framework that challenges the collective leadership team to up their game. It is a sequence of awareness tools and conversations designed to raise the collective consciousness of the leadership team.
