It’s (almost) all about Wholistic Leadership
When I first started out as a consultant more than 20 years ago, I was often asked to help mission-driven organizations develop strategic plans. Today I firmly believe that Wholistic Leadership is the most important element in capacity building. You can look to improve finances, staffing, systems, structure and strategy, but ultimately unless leadership is genuinely driving the change process, it ends up going nowhere – particularly if the change is not driven either by the legal or moral owners.

What Our Clients Say
"As a result of the Wholistic Leadership one-year Whole + intentional Leader Development Masterclass, I am more aware of my short comings and strengths, and those of other people. I try consciously to work on my weaknesses and make small improvements. Knowing my leadership style has helped me to put my energy where I can do better."

“Our Leadership Team Clarity Retreat was more than we expected. Wholistic Leadership helped us create a shared vision and comprehensive roadmap for implementation. We were also able to navigate some extremely sensitive relationship issues and re-gain trust in one another. We are now a cohesive team. You really did work a miracle with us.”

“I cannot express how much I appreciated Andrew’s approach to the process and the entire Leadership Team Clarity Retreat. It was like working with someone we have known for a long time, even though we haven’t. He did a fantastic job facilitating the initial development of our team and I am glad this is not the end of our journey together, but the beginning.”
