Thinking about Strategic Planning?

A great strategic plan is not enough. Virtually every organization has one. Yet studies show that, on average, barely more than 30 percent of the goals set in strategic planning are ever achieved. Wholistic Leadership guides leaders to approach strategic planning as a process, not an event, and we pursue results — not just a plan.

We help establish viable, results-driven, social enterprises by enabling results-based management. This is more than just strategic planning; it is enabling results-based management that is designed to develop leaders as it develops organizations. It is a progressive framework that challenges the collective leadership team to up their game. It is a sequence of awareness tools and conversations designed to raise the collective consciousness of the leadership team.

We use a proven process that has helped numerous leadership teams become aligned, create more value, and enjoy more peace of mind. Most of our work together in enabling results-based management will happen in a series of full-day sessions. The initial work is delivered over three alignment days, at the end of which you will have the equivalent of a strategic plan. This will be followed by one day quarterly and two days each year to ensure you put the plan into action.
